I worked with Daniel for nearly 3 years during my time as Head of Engineering at KSG (Kinetic Solutions Group). During this time, I worked on a range of projects with Daniel, covering Nuclear, Defence, Stadia, and other entertainment venues. His approach was always extremely thorough and proactive, constantly thriving to deliver for the client in often challenging timeframes.

 

At this time, he managed a team of up to 7 multi-discipline engineers. He ensured everyone was clear on their role in the projects and understood the teams’ strengths to ensure the whole design and delivery process was as smooth as possible. He is a great mentor to developing engineers.

 

Daniel’s biggest strength is his communication, he is well liked by his team and clients alike, always being honest and clear on the status of the projects. In my time working with him, there was never a problem he didn’t finds a solution for.
